My Account and Order

To place your order, follow these steps :

  • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant colour, if applicable.
  • Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
  • After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
  • From there, you can either login to your existing The Trend Makers account or simply continue as a new user, Register through E-mail, Facebook or Gmail and create one.
  • Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
  • Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
  • You’ll receive another email once your order is dispatched with your tracking details. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
  • We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 7-10 business days depending on where you live.
  • All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.

Most of our items can be exchanged for a new product or store credit given in the form of coupon code which will be send through e- mail and can be used to order a product during checkout. For products that can be exchanged,
we adopt a 2-DAY EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned
products are unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

Do note, free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers, and products purchased on Sale
cannot be exchanged.

We at The Trend Makers hope you love our products just as much as we do! But in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, we are always there to help our customers since we would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from us.

The Trend Makers offers a simple 2 days exchange policy to our customers. The customer can raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. (No cash refunds are available).

You  will get your money back in the form of store credits for the balance/whole amount which will be valid for 3 months.

We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances,
if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get
in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at
customer care at trendmakerbags@gmail.com and we will take care of the rest.

Currently we do not have a reverse pickup service. In case of exchange of the product the customer has to ship the back the product to trendmakers warehouse.

Free gifts received with order, sale items are non-exchangeable.

  • As a first step, kindly check your bank account to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days.

Yes it is necessary to register and log in to your The Trend Makers account to place an order. Guest users are not allowed to place orders.

  • To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on My Account> Track Order and you may see all the details regarding your order.

 

  • After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email.
  • In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
  • If there are any other issues/ delays that come up, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, write to us at trendmakerbags@gmail.com, we will see what we can do to help.

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into your The Trend Makers account, clicking ‘Orders’ and then ‘Cancel Order’, or notify us immediately at trendmakerbags@gmail.com

In case the order is shipped then we won’t be able to cancel the order under any circumstances.

Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at trendmakerbags@gmail.com. We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.

You can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.

Subscribing to The Trend Makers gives you access to news about sales, new products before others and also reveal secret discounts and offers.

Do not worry! You might be experiencing some slight delay in the updating of your order details to the ‘My Account’ section, for sometimes our systems are flooded with new orders. So please be patient— Your order details will be automatically updated soon.

Add product/s to your cart and proceed to check out, and enter coupon code in    apply coupon code section.

  • If a product goes out of stock while adding it to your shopping cart or after you have added to your cart, you will be updated immediately. You will not be able to place order with out of stock product/s.

At present we deliver only in India. We are soon coming up with international shipping.
