  RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  We at Trend Makers hope you love our products just as much as we do! But in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, we are always there to help our customers since we would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from us. Trend Makers offers a simple ‘NO QUESTIONS ASKED’ 3 days return or exchange policy to our customers. The customer can raise a request anytime within 3 days of delivery.

   
  PROCESS OF EXCHANGE-

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange it for a new colour, size or entirely a new model.For exchanging the purchased product, please share pictures of the product received along with your reason for exchange through mail at support@thetrendmakers.com within 3 days of the product delivery. Upon receiving the request, we will process the exchange.

    PROCESS OF RETURN-

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return any item(s) and do not find any other model fit in the present stock, you can easily return the product and opt for a refund. You can mail us mentioning the name and picture of the product(s) along with your reason for return through mail at support@thetrendmakers.com within 3 days of the product delivery. The balance of return amount will be refunded as credit points in your Trend Makers account. The Trend Makers credits are valid for 3 months and can be availed on all future new collections, sale etc. (No Refunds in bank available)

    INCASE OF DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED-  

  We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake- Please mail us the proper issue at support@thetrendmakers.com with reference pictures of the product along with damage details within 24 hours of product delivery for assistance

  •    The return or exchange process may take upto 7-15 working days depending upon the stock & request raised.
  •   Products bought on SALE price will not be exchanged / returned.
  • Items are eligible for returns or exchanges only if they are unused with original tags.
