RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We at Trend Makers hope you love our products just as much as we do! But in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, we are always there to help our customers since we would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from us.
Trendmakers offers a simple 2 days exchange policy to our customers. The customer can raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
- For exchanging the purchased product please share a picture of the product received along with a proper reason for exchange through mail at email@example.com within 48 hours of the product delivery.
- Upon receiving the request, we will process the exchange. The product has to be shipped back by the customer within 48 hours (Return Address will be provided to you in the mail). The customer will bear the shipping charges to send the product back our warehouse.
- If the product does not get dispatched from customer within the exchange time allotted (48 hours), exchange request will be automatically cancelled. The product will no longer be eligible for exchange in that case.
- Please make sure the product is unused ,undamaged with all the original tags and label intact and is shipped in its original packaging with caution so it is not damaged in transit. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted.
- Once the product reaches the warehouse and qualifies the ‘Quality Check’, the entire amount of the previously exchanged product will be refunded in your Trend makers account in the form of a coupon code and can be redeemed for the further exchange. (No cash refunds available).
The customer can exchange any product by adding the new product in cart & redeeming the exchange credits right away. The new product will be dispatched and delivered within the allotted time. The entire process of an exchange may take upto 7-15 working days.
We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks.
If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake-
Please mail us the proper issue at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the product along with damage details within 24 hours of product delivery.
- The product will have to be shipped by the customer for which a maximum of rupees 100 courier charges will be refunded in the form of credit points on your dashboard redeemable for the exchange of the damaged product. Please send us a copy of courier receipt at the mail along with your order transaction number for claiming the return shipping.
- The damaged product will be exchanged with a new piece of the same model. The exchange process may take upto 7-15 working days depending upon the stock.
